Great looking trains....

Thank you. It's wonderful to have such a great resource in the countryside of the burbs. Also, it's something the town of Waterman can be proud of!

I just want to say what a pleasure it was to meet Pete, Char, and friends at Tiny Town Colorado. It was my pleasure to be your engineer on #10 'Cinder Belle' coal fired live steam on 15" guage track. I look forward to staying in touch, and giving you folks a VIP tour of Uhrich Locomotive in Strasburg, Colorado where I work. We built #10 from the ground-up in 1991. I also look forward to visiting you at your railroad sometime in the near future, maybe this fall.

Hi from the American Heritage RR!
Our president sent us video of your rotary plow. Very cool. If we update our site soon, we'll add the W&W on our links page!

My family had the opportunity to ride the Waterman & Western Railroad for the very first time in October 2010. Pete was the engineer for the night and I had the opportunity to speak with him a bit about the railway and the events. My 11 month old son enjoyed the Pumpkin Train to no end! My family has found a new tradition! We will be visiting the railway for the Christmas Train and no doubt for other train adventures. Char was so nice to escort a friend of mine's child through the Spook House. She was wonderful and put the little one's fear of the spook house to rest. My hat is off to Pete, his wife and all his crew! Great experience for the entire family!

Pete,
I am really going to miss John. He was such a WONDERFUL person. I remember working with him several times for the pumpkin train and christmas lights runs. We will never be able to replace him. Wish I had known and could have been at the services. Are you planning anything to remember him on opening day?

This train has been one of the best memories of our family. It was one place we'd find "Uncle Mike". We will continue to visit Pete's Train as long as we and it exists. Part of our hearts is there.

We'd like to come and play there at the park while visiting family in Sterling/Rock falls.
sounds like a fun place to be and play on the trains.

We visited the Holiday Lights Train Ride in December, it was a great treat for my son for his birthday, this event is an added event for us as a new tradition for us to do as a family. The pictures was great and reasonably priced it contributed to a memory that we cherished with our family. Thank you

Happy Holidays and Thank You to everyone who makes this train possible! We visited last year and had a blast! My son loves trains and was smiling from ear to ear as he rode the train last year! He was so excited to shake the train conductors hand at the end of our ride! We will be back this year! Again Thank You and Happy Holidays! Sincerely, Jennifer, Wayne, Charles, & Katie Duerkes and Jack Peterson
